Payroll Assistant
Job Description
Performed specialize work that is related to payroll processing, preparation and maintenance of the monthly and yearly payroll records. Responsible for preparation of payroll deductions, compute payroll adjustments, benefit accounts and reconcile monthly salary. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains employee/customer’s confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.To respond quickly to customer enquiries and clarifications and answered telephone enquiries regarding to payroll related and other benefits. Perform other duties as required
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/SPM or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to analysing information, Data entry skills, Attention to details, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, General Math skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
